I confirm that I have been informed that I have the facility to cancel the service (newsletter) at any time. I confirm that I understand that I have to click on the confirmation link inside the cancellation email to confirm the cancellation too. If the second confirmation will fail to appear the cancellation will be worthless and Vanessa-Louri.com still owns the right to inform me in future. With the second confirmation the right to inform will stop immediately. I won`t have any title to get more additional informations and services. I have the opportunity to order the service once again.

Double Confirmation

I confirm once again that I have read and understood the terms and conditions. All actions that I can do to order and cancel the service (newsletter) need a second confirmation which is send to me in a separate confirmation email. Only if second confirmation appears the action will be activated completely.

Guarantee + gultiness

I don`t get any guarantees from Vanessa-Louri.com that I will be informed regualarly or in certain intervals and that all emails will reach me. If I won`t get any informations due to SPAM Filter or through own guiltiness I don`t have any title or legal handle. If I create the opportunity for that another user will receive the service wrongly, I will carry all costs that will be created by this and I will be hold liable for everything that will follow. I release Vanessa-Louri.com from all guiltiness which follows up from my personal failure and I will pay for all.
